PCSA Leadership works to have an affordable meeting for all attendees and in return we ask that you register for the appropriate category and provide your RSVP to any meal function. We will do everything we can to accommodate onsite changes but cannot make any guarantees.

Please note, member dues must be paid in full prior to attending the Annual Meeting. For membership assistance, contact PCSA Management at admin@pcsaonline.org. Members who are not in good standing will be contacted to ensure their dues are paid prior to attending the meeting.
GUEST OF ATTENDEES: If your guest would like coffee/breakfast, lunch or snacks they will need to visit an outlet within the hotel or in the surrounding areas. Thank you for not asking for any exceptions and honoring the registration fee. The President’s Reception & Dinner Tickets may be purchased individually.

A LA CARTE TICKETS
President's Reception and Dinner

Complimentary childcare is provided for children 12 and under and must be reserved in advance during the registration process. Onsite additions may be limited.

President Reception and Dinner tickets for guests may be purchased during the registration process. Tickets are $250 per person.

If you want to purchase tickets for your children ages 13 - 17, the cost is reduced to $100.
Printed Program Book ($35):

Electronic Program Books will be available for all attendees.

If you would like a printed program book you must select during the registration process.

There will be limited books printed and onsite purchase is not guaranteed.
Boxed Lunch for Historian Presentation ($65):

A boxed lunch for guests of attendees is made available for purchase during the registration process.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION DETAILS:
PCSA’s Annual Meeting is a wonderful time for colleagues and their families to connect, learn and play. The Planning Committee and PCSA Management have thoughtfully budgeted for a reduced registration fee for all attendees. Proper RSVPs allow us to keep the registration fees as low as possible.
INCLUDED ACTIVITIES: All registrants for the PCSA Annual Meeting should plan to attend the Saturday President's Reception and Dinner which is included in the cost of your registration, and we look forward to seeing you there. We plan to host an informal outdoor venue to enjoy the beautiful views of the Hawaiian shores.
Bring the family! PCSA offers complimentary childcare with dinner included - arrangements must be made during the registration process. Onsite additions are unable to be guaranteed. We can continue to work on lowering costs in the future with accurate food and beverage counts. While the meals are included in your registration, we do require an RSVP during the registration process. Onsite changes may be limited depending on the requirements of the hotel so we ask you to be thoughtful in planning ahead.
Please make sure to let us know if any guests will be attending when you register. Guests and children are unable to attend the breakfast or breaks. Should you need food or beverage at any time you may visit the hotel outlets or area restaurants. We kindly ask that you respect your registration inclusions. Failure to do so does not allow PCSA to lower registration prices for the meeting. We know in the past we have been able to make exceptions but are no longer able to do this due to the rising costs of the meeting.
In the event your plans change, please let PCSA know so that we are able to change the headcount with the hotel.
PAYMENT: Payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. The registration form cannot be processed and completed without payment.
CANCELLATION: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to admin@pcsaonline.org. This request must be received on or before January 5, 2025 and a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. Requests and cancellations received after January 5th will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions. Conference attendee substitution is permitted and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. PCSA reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled session or optional event prior to the start of the meeting.
